Aliya has been in the special education field for more than 26 years, supporting at-risk students, youth, young adults, and families with the IEP process. This has not only been satisfying for Aliya, but successful for the populations she serves. She provides guidance to students and families navigating the special education system. Additionally, Aliya advocates for students’ rights to receive a free and appropriate public education, ensure compliance with educational policies and procedures, and offer professional development for educators and administrators on special education best practices.
The special education sector is a growing field, with increasing awareness and demand for services that support students with disabilities. Legislative changes and evolving educational standards continually shape the landscape, creating a need for expert consulting services.
AECE LLC's Purpose
AECE LLC will provide comprehensive educational consulting services with a
focus on family advocacy, student rights, policy and procedures regarding Individualized Education Plans (IEP’s) in special education services. AECE LLC will also empower families, ensure students receive appropriate educational services, and advocate for equitable and inclusive educational practices.

- Train staff on how to read and identify pertinent components within an IEP to ensure client ongoing appropriate academic support is in place.
- Support with identifying and requesting services from your clients school district through written correspondence.
- Attend IEPs virtually to serve as additional participant in the students’ best interest if needed.
Family Advocacy
- One on one consultations to help families understand their rights and the special education process.
